- Four main Ceramic Infrared or Double-lanced ported U-burners at a sizzling 110,000 BTU/hr. with finely tuned brass control knobs that never fail. Knobs are solid stainless steel and hand polished to perfection.
- B’ Model Cart shown = Two heavy duty doors and Two Tank/Trash Pull-outs are what make up the Commercial Grade rolling cart. (A’ Model = Two Drawers, Two Doors and a Tank/Trash Pull-out also available).
- Can easily convert Ceramic Infrared Burners to Convection Burners for Infra-Vection benefits and for the ultimate in temperature control.
- 1,293 sq. in. total grilling area (899″ EGA) or Estimated Grilling Area. Solaire doesn’t count the warming grid as part of the grilling space like lesser manufacturers do.
- Two independently controlled 14,000 BTU/hr rear infrared burner, rotisserie motor, spit, forks and counter-weight. These are the most robust rotisserie assemblies on the market today and will never let you down!
- Two carefully placed gas inputs (left and right side at rear of grill) to provide even distribution and proper burner performance throughout the grill.
