Our Portable Grills ship via UPS. If you are ordering a smaller part it will ship either UPS or USPS. Large Grills from southern California by truck carrier. The trucking company will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Faster shipping options such as next day air are not available as this item is too large. All large Solaire grills are made to order, so please allow at least 7 days before it ships. Feel free to contact us after this lead time for a status update on your grill if it has not been marked as shipped yet.Refund Policy
Our portable grills can be returned up to 30 days after ordering if it has not been grilled on. Returned items will have a 20% restocking fee redacted to the returned items due to us paying for shipping to you. If you have any questions, or need help returning you product, please call or email us and we will assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for misprints, factory modifications or model number mistakes. We will do our very best to help you and if you any questions about pricing, please give us a call. Our Large Solaire Grills such as the backyard and built in grills cannot be returned to us because it is shipped by truck. If you are uncertain about purchasing this item, try the demo program 1st before purchasing. Rasmussen Iron Works, Inc & Grill With Infrared warrants all grill components to the original purchaser to be free of factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE year from the original date of purchase. These warranties do not apply if the unit was subject to other than normal household use, nor do they include changes in finish appearance or discoloration.Rasmussen & Grill With Infrared Will Cover
All replacement parts for one year from date of original purchase, for parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Rasmussen & Grill With Infrared WILL NOT Cover: Installation or start-up Normal adjustment to burners, gas regulators, etc Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, hostile environments, improper installation or installations not in accordance with local codes or international codes. Cleaning of igniters and\or general maintenance Shipping damage Service performed by an unauthorized agency Damage or repairs due to service by an unauthorized agency The use of unauthorized parts Overtime, weekends or Holiday time Improper installations, such as but not limited to: no regulator, improper hookup, etc Service visits to: Repairs due to other than normal use Supply the user with operational assistance on site Replacement will be F.O.B Rasmussen Iron Works, Inc., Whittier, California. Rasmussen or Grill With Infrared will not be liable for any transportation costs, labor costs, or export duties. This warranty shall not apply, nor can we assume responsibility for damage that might result from failure to follow manufacturers instructions or local codes, where the appliance has been tampered with or altered in any way or which, in our judgement, has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. Implied warranty shall not extend beyond the duration of this written warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liability, in connection with the sale of any appliance off of this site, Grill With Infrared Inc.
